Wenwu Tang is a Ph.D. student supervised by Prof. Olga Saukh at the Embedded Learning and Sensing Systems (ELSS) Group, Institute for Technical Informatics, TU Graz, Austria. He is working at the intersection of efficient machine learning and model compression. His research interests are model compression, low-rank pre-training of large language models and autonomous driving.  

Previously, he finished his Master’s degree in Electromobility at the University of Stuttgart in Stuttgart, Germany, supervised by Prof. Bin Yang at the Institute of Signal Processing and System Theory. Before that, he got his Bachelor’s degree at China University of Petroleum in Qingdao, China.
